Deok Sik Moon was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of LP Displays on August 1, 2007. Prior to this position, he was the Corporate Controller since January 2003.

When he joined the company in May 2002, his initial appointment was as the Chief Financial Officer, Region Europe.

A holder of a Master's in Business Administration degree from the University of Washington in the USA, Mr. Moon was the Corporate Controller and Vice President at LG Electronics before he was appointed to LP Displays.

At LGE, he held various key positions in diverse areas as Finance and Accounting, Factory Support, Planning and Management and Financial and Tax Accounting. He was with LGE from 1983-2002.

Mr. Moon received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Korea University.

He is based in Hong Kong, where he lives with his wife and children.
